Spain’s Zara launches digital fashion range exclusively on Zepeto

Spanish fast-fashion brand Zara has revealed its newest digital fashion range, Fairy Magic Idols, available exclusively on Zepeto. The collection, featuring 14 items including clothing and accessories, is embellished with floral motifs and denim.

Zara has collaborated with the virtual platform Zepeto to create the Fairy Magic Idols collection. To celebrate the launch, the retailer is hosting a competition where users can dress their avatars in the new collection, take a virtual photograph at the Zepeto booth, and share it on their personal feeds for a chance to win prizes.

To celebrate, Zara is holding a competition where users can win ZEMs and coins by dressing their avatars in the collection and sharing photos.
The launch demonstrates Zara’s engagement with the metaverse.

The competition, which has already commenced, will run until May 17, with winners announced a week later on May 24, 2023. Prizes include 50 ZEMs (virtual currency for buying items on Zepeto) for three fortunate winners, and 20,000 coins for an additional 20 winners.

This is the third digital collection from Zara, demonstrating the brand’s commitment to exploring and engaging with the metaverse in inventive ways. In March 2023, Zara had teamed up with Zepeto to release a limited-edition capsule collection named Lime Glam.
