Globe Textiles (India) to expand by acquiring units of Vivaa Tradecom




Denim and fabric manufacturer Globe Textiles (India) Ltd. recently informed India’s National Stock Exchange (NSE) that it is in the process of acquiring garment manufacturing and processing units of Vivaa Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. as part of its expansion plan. The former will enhance the latter’s manufacturing capacity and build in-house processing units.

Vivaa had a turnover of ₹145.90 crore on March 31, 2021.

Globe Textiles (India) Ltd. also announced the reappointment of its independent directors, Yogesh Kanhiyalal Vaidya and Bharat Shamjibhai Patel.
